单个风刀采用两个单独的风道，中间位置的风道为吹风V型设计,中间位置接触到板.作用是把板面异物吹离板面，风刀两边各一组风道是负压互相联通主要作用是把板面机板面上方的异物吸掉。
进风口安装有过滤器,材料为HEPA，保证洁净度及防止板面二次污染。
在进风口处设有冷却装置，以保证吹出温度恒定在适当范围内。
